Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all fees paid for courses, study programs, and services offered by Prometric Master (“we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling and paying any part of the course fee, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Non-Refundable Fee & Cancellation by Student

Once a payment is successfully processed and your place in a course or batch is confirmed, the fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Withdrawal from the course by the student after enrollment.
• Failure to attend classes, participate, or complete the program.
• Course not being completed by the student for any reason.

The fee cannot be transferred to another course, batch, person, or service unless specifically approved in writing by Prometric Master.

3. Payment Gateway / Transaction Issues

• If a transaction fails, is declined, or remains pending, please do not attempt a duplicate payment until you receive confirmation from us.
• In the event that you are charged but your enrollment is not confirmed (due to payment gateway error, timeout, or technical issue), you must notify us within 48 hours, providing the transaction ID/receipt and payment screenshot, so we can investigate.
• If the payment gateway registers the transaction as successful and we confirm your enrollment, then it falls under Section 2 (Non-refundable).

4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Prometric Master

In the event that we cancel or postpone a course batch for reasons such as insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other administrative reasons, we will offer you one of the following (at our discretion):

• Transfer of your paid enrollment to the next available batch of the same course, at no additional cost; or
• A course credit equal to the value of the original payment, which may be used for another batch of the same course in future.

We will not provide a cash or journal refund except where required by law or mandated by the payment gateway or authorized body.
